What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is within 10 Business days for domestic orders. All order items are dispatched within 3 working days.
Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
What are the delivery charges?
We provide free delivery for orders valued at Rs 500 or above. Some items may have varied shipping charge depending on the nature of the product.
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap. Our packaging team ensures best packaging by using Bubble warp, paper shreds and shrink wrap.
How will the delivery be done?
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL, Fedex and India Post. In some cases where the pin code/zipcode is not servicable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All our items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
Who bears the Octroi for certain locations in India?
Any applicable Octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in Octroiable cities.
Do you deliver internationally?
As of now, we deliver only in India. Shortly, we will start International Shipping too.
What is your refund policy?
We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo/description as given.
What is your refund procedure?
The customer/buyer has to get back to Craftwala customer care through phone/email within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting description. We will then log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution between our partner artisan/designer and the customer. Customer will have to send an image of product on email in case she is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer.
